Tools, Materials & Fabricationâ–ľ
- Identify fittings, conduit types, and hardware
- Unistrut & anchor bolts: install & torque basics
- Bandsaw usage • Cutting & fabrication
- Fabricating supports • Mounting panels & lights
Wiring, Terminations & Conduitâ–ľ
- Pull wire, bend conduit, make clean terminations
- Basic wiring practices & labeling
- Wire a multicore transformer
- Connect a start/stop station to a starter
Testing, Measurement & Troubleshootingâ–ľ
- Use of meters & testers (Fluke 789 multimeter)
- Continuity, insulation checks, and verification
- Fault isolation & step-by-step troubleshooting
- Documentation discipline & hand-off readiness
