What Happens After You Enroll?
After enrollment, you'll receive access to the online portion of your Instrument Fitter training. This introduces important information and fundamentals you'll need before beginning your hands-on shop training.
It is important that you complete the required online training before coming to the shop. This allows us to spend more of your private shop time applying what you've already learned and developing your hands-on skills.
ITT will also contact you to discuss your experience, goals, availability, and private training schedule.
Enroll → Complete Your Online Training → Schedule Your Shop Training → Begin Hands-On Training
NCCER Certification Process
After completing your training, ITT will conduct an evaluation of your skills and readiness before you move forward with NCCER testing.
Once you're ready, your NCCER assessment and/or performance evaluation will be conducted through our third-party testing provider, J.A.C. (Gentlemen Assessment Center).
Testing may take place at the ITT shop or at the J.A.C. facility, depending on scheduling and evaluation requirements.

NCCER credentials are based on successful completion of the applicable third-party assessment/evaluation requirements. All tuition balances must be paid before NCCER results/credentials are submitted for processing.
Training Ends. Our Support Doesn't.
ITT helps keep students in the loop through our employment groups, employer relationships, company inquiries, staffing connections, and industry contacts.
While employment cannot be guaranteed, we'll continue working to connect you with opportunities and help you take the next step.
