A concentrated, hands-on curriculum focused on practical, work-ready skills.

  • Safety fundamentals, lockout/tagout (LOTO), P&ID literacy
  • Drawings & documentation: loop sheets, datasheets, I/O
  • Calibration: pressure, level, flow, temperature
  • Loops & signals: 4–20 mA, 1–5 V, HART overview
  • Valves, positioners, I/Ps: set-up & verification
  • Troubleshooting: point-to-point, fault isolation
  • Test equipment: communicators, meters, calibrators
  • Live practice on process modules & control room
