What You’ll Learn
A concentrated, hands-on curriculum focused on practical, work-ready skills.
- Safety fundamentals, lockout/tagout (LOTO), P&ID literacy
- Drawings & documentation: loop sheets, datasheets, I/O
- Calibration: pressure, level, flow, temperature
- Loops & signals: 4–20 mA, 1–5 V, HART overview
- Valves, positioners, I/Ps: set-up & verification
- Troubleshooting: point-to-point, fault isolation
- Test equipment: communicators, meters, calibrators
- Live practice on process modules & control room
